Charleston Seafood Packing and Shipping information

      Packing Your Seafood     

First, your fish fillets or steaks are cut fresh -- right before shipping.  Next, we individually vacuum seal your items to ensure the freshest seafood flavor. We then label your seafood with a "packing date," useful if you choose to freeze your seafood for a future meal.  Finally, we carefully pack your seafood in a DOT approved shipping cooler, complete with gel packs and insulated packing material.  We want your seafood to arrive fresh, cold, and delicious!
Orders received by 11:00AM, EST are shipped the same day (unless otherwise requested and/or items not available).  Orders requesting 2nd. day delivery from Wednesday, 11:00AM, EST through the following Monday, are processed and sent on Monday.
